Version 2.1 · Eurabelt Fuels Ltd · Custodian of the Eurabelt verification system

1. What an Eurabelt Fuels Verification Certificate Is

An Eurabelt Fuels Ltd Banking Verification Certificate (EF-BK series) is a formal compliance record confirming that identified banking routing codes have been validated against recognised international banking registries and that the stated banking particulars were submitted under formal declaration by a responsible officer of the account-holding entity.

Each certificate contains: a unique certificate number, QR code for instant public verification, live countdown to expiry, masked account number, the verification tier achieved, and the formal declaration reference. Certificates are publicly verifiable — any party can confirm authenticity and current validity instantly at any time.

The authority is the record held by Eurabelt Fuels Ltd, as Custodian of the Eurabelt verification system, not the document. A printed, emailed or scanned certificate is a pointer to the record and must be checked against it before it is relied on. A certificate never shows the full account number, the micro-deposit amounts, personal data about the Submitting Party or the names of Eurabelt staff.

2. What a Certificate Confirms

T1SWIFT/BICBank registered on SWIFT network
T2IBAN / RoutingAccount structure valid per national standard
T3JurisdictionRouting code validates per national standard
T4RegistryBank identified in Eurabelt banking registry
T5★ GoldAccount active & ownership confirmed

A Standard certificate confirms Tiers 1–4. A Gold Standard certificate confirms Tiers 1–5, including live micro-deposit confirmation of account activity and the account holder's authenticated access.

★ Gold Standard — What Sets It Apart

Gold Standard certificates are the only banking verification available that confirms account ownership independent of the Submitting Party's declaration. Two small deposits (random amounts) are sent via live banking channels to the stated account. The account holder must confirm the exact amounts received — proving the account exists, is active, and is physically accessible by the submitting party. This is the highest standard available outside the banking system itself.

A certificate does not confirm: account balance, credit standing, solvency of the account holder, or the legitimacy of any specific transaction. It is a banking identifier and account existence record, not a financial guarantee.

3. Why These Certificates Cannot Be Fraudulently Created

Eurabelt Fuels Ltd has engineered multiple layers of protection that make fraudulent certificate creation effectively impossible for external parties:

✓ QR-Linked Live Verification

Every certificate contains a QR code that links directly to the live public verify page. Any party scanning the QR code instantly sees the current certificate status — including whether it has been revoked, altered, or expired. There is no offline version to forge.

✓ Unique Cryptographic Verification Code

Each certificate contains a 12-character alphanumeric verification code generated with cryptographic randomness. This code is stored in the database and must match on the public verify page. It cannot be guessed or reverse-engineered.

✓ Live Countdown Timer

All active certificates display a live countdown timer on the public verify page showing exactly how many days, hours, minutes, and seconds of validity remain. A screenshot or copy of an expired certificate is immediately identifiable.

✓ Publicly Verifiable in Real Time

The public verify page at verification.eurabeltfuels.eu/verify.php is accessible without login. Any counterparty, bank, lawyer, or regulator can verify any certificate's current status in seconds, at any time, from anywhere in the world.

✓ Revocation System

Eurabelt Fuels Ltd can revoke any certificate at any time — for example, if fraud is detected, if the account changes, or if the certificate holder is found to have submitted false information. Revoked certificates display a clear revocation notice on the verify page.

✓ Director Declaration Audit Trail

Every certificate issuance is logged with the identity of the Submitting Party, the IP address, the timestamp, and the formal declaration text. This creates an immutable audit record that can be produced as evidence in the event of dispute or fraud investigation.

✓ Masked Account Numbers

Account numbers are stored and displayed in masked form (first 3 + last 4 digits). This prevents the certificate from being used to extract sensitive financial data while still allowing counterparties to confirm they are dealing with the correct account.

✓ Gold Standard Micro-Deposit Confirmation

The Gold Standard tier requires live bank deposit confirmation. This step cannot be faked without actual access to the account. It is the definitive proof layer that no document-based forgery can replicate.

Relying parties remain responsible for checking every certificate on the verification page before relying on it.

4. Mandatory Director / UBO Responsibility — Non-Negotiable

⚠ Mandatory Condition — Non-Negotiable

Submission of banking details for verification is only accepted from the following persons of the entity whose account is being verified:

  • The Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) of the company
  • A Director of the company
  • The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
  • A person holding a formally executed written authorisation from one of the above

Third-party submissions are not accepted under any circumstances. No broker, agent, or intermediary may submit banking details on behalf of another entity without a valid, specific, written authorisation from that entity's UBO or Director explicitly authorising submission for the purpose of Eurabelt Fuels banking verification.

This requirement exists for one overriding reason: the entire value of a verification certificate depends on the submitting party having direct legal authority over and knowledge of the account being verified. A certificate obtained through an intermediary gives the relying party no assurance that the person who submitted the details actually controls or has access to the account.

Submitting parties are reminded that a formal declaration is made and recorded at the point of submission. Any person who submits false information is exposed to:

  • Criminal liability under the Fraud Act 2006 (UK) and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions
  • Civil liability to any party who suffers loss as a result of relying on a fraudulently obtained certificate
  • Immediate revocation of the certificate and notification of counterparties
  • Referral to law enforcement and relevant regulatory authorities

5. Certificate Validity, Expiry, and Revocation

Certificates are issued for a defined validity period, typically 12 months from the date of issuance. The expiry date and a live countdown timer are displayed on the public verify page.

  • Valid — Certificate is current. Green status on verify page.
  • Expiring soon — Within 30 days of expiry. Amber status. Renewal recommended.
  • Expired — Past expiry date. Red status. Certificate is no longer valid for compliance purposes.
  • Revoked — Certificate has been cancelled by Eurabelt Fuels Ltd. Red status. Should not be relied upon.
  • Not valid — The record is incomplete and cannot be treated as in force. Contact the Custodians.

Revocation is managed exclusively by Eurabelt Fuels Ltd through its backend systems. Grounds for revocation include: detected false submission, account closure notification, bank insolvency, court order, regulatory direction, or written request from the certificate holder's Director or UBO. A certificate may also be revoked where the institution becomes subject to sanctions, or on a direction from law enforcement.

A revocation takes effect immediately on the verification page and cannot be undone; a new verification is needed for a new certificate. The reason is recorded in the audit log; the verification page shows that the certificate has been revoked but does not publish the reason.

Presenting an expired or revoked certificate as current and valid constitutes fraud.

6. How to Verify a Certificate

Any party can verify any EF-BK certificate without registration or login:

  1. Visit verification.eurabeltfuels.eu/verify.php or scan the QR code on the certificate
  2. Enter the certificate number (format: EF-BK-2026-NNNNN) or the verification code
  3. The current status, bank details, and validity period are displayed immediately

For mobile devices, the verify page is also available at verification.eurabeltfuels.eu/verify-mobile.php.

Open the verification page yourself, or scan the QR code; do not rely on a link supplied with a certificate unless it leads to that address. Check that the holder, bank, masked account and currency match the details you are being asked to rely on.

You enterThe page shows
The number aloneWhether the certificate exists, its status, its dates and the bank.

If a certificate number returns no result, the certificate does not exist in the Eurabelt system and should be treated as fraudulent. Contact compliance@eurabeltfuels.com immediately.

8. Issue of Certificates

Only a Custodian, or staff authorised by the Custodians, may issue a certificate, and only when:

  • the banking details were submitted by a Director, the CEO or the UBO of the holder, or by a person with a specific written authorisation from one of them, under the formal declaration described in section 4;
  • every check required for the tier has been completed and passed;
  • the institution is not subject to sanctions and issue would not breach applicable sanctions law.

Where a verification does not pass, no certificate is issued. The client is told in writing that the verification has not passed and the general reason, such as an institution that could not be verified, a code that failed its standard, or micro-deposits that were not confirmed in time.

9. Records

Certificate records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of issuance in accordance with UK anti-money laundering regulations, together with their audit history, and for longer where needed for legal proceedings or the investigation of suspected fraud.
